What is Performance Coaching?

Performance Coaching is a form of coaching that focuses on improving a person's performance in any area of life. Whether you want to perform better at work, within your family environment or athletically, performance coaching will give you helpful advice to achieve your goal. The way I want to coach and improve performance is a multi - facet way.
